Shaun Hutchins
Director of Construction
With 18 years of experience in construction, Shaun Hutchins has built a reputation as a trusted expert in creating high-quality commercial spaces. Specializing in restaurants, offices, and retail buildings, Shaun has been involved in over 130 restaurant projects and countless other developments that have shaped the landscape of communities across the nation.
Shaun played a pivotal role in building over 100 Slim Chickens locations nationwide. He also oversaw major projects such as Cross Church on Wedington and multiple QuikTrips, including four in Texas. He contributed to the construction of popular retail establishments like Ross and Burlington Coat Factory, as well as medical clinics, warehouses, storage facilities, and large liquor stores. Brought dining destinations to life, including Pickleman’s, Colton’s Steakhouse, Cheddar’s, and many more. Shaun combines his extensive industry expertise with a deep understanding of the region’s unique needs. Whether working on local staples or nationwide chains, he approaches each project with a focus on quality, functionality, and client satisfaction.
Damen Casteel
Project Manager
With over 30 years of construction experience, Damen Casteel has established himself as a versatile and highly skilled professional in the industry. His career spans a diverse range of projects, including commercial builds, government contracts, large-scale residential developments, subdivisions, remodeling, demolition, and excavation. Damen’s expertise and dedication to quality have made him a trusted name in construction throughout Northwest Arkansas.
Some of Damen’s career highlights include building 8 large subdivisions across NWA, equating to over 1,000 homes, all constructed simultaneously. He contributed to notable projects such as the Crossover Dairy Queen and plaza buildings, Smucker Kelly's Headquarters, and the RevUnit office on the square in Bentonville. He also led the construction of several commercial plazas, blending modern design with functional spaces. Damen holds a carpentry license earned at age 21 and has been a master carpenter for over a decade, bringing unmatched craftsmanship to every project.
